  1. उन्हें कंपनी में इन्वेस्ट करें जिनके बारे में आप जानते हैं और उनके प्रोडक्ट आप इस्तेमाल करते हैं डेली लाइफ में, और उसे कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट और सर्विस से आप काफी ज्यादा खुश है, ऐसी कंपनियां आगे चलकर बड़ा मुनाफा बना कर देती है।
  2. वैसी कंपनी में कभी पैसा नहीं लगाई जिनका प्रॉफिट समय के साथ काम हो रहा है और वह कंपनी बाढ़ नहीं रही है ऐसी कंपनी में पैसा लगाना आपको काफी नुकसान दे सकता है क्योंकि ऐसी कंपनी फ्यूचर में बड़ा मुनाफा बना कर देने में नाकामयाब रहती है इसलिए वैसी कंपनी में पैसा लगे जिनके प्रॉफिट समय के साथ बढ़ रहा है।
  3. अगर किसी कंपनी के पास कोई खास टेक्नोलॉजी है जो किसी और कंपनी के पास नहीं है तो वैसे कंपनी में पैसा इन्वेस्ट करना काफी ज्यादा फायदेमंद हो सकता है या फिर वैसा प्रोडक्ट जो एक ही कंपनी के पास है और दूसरी कंपनी बना नहीं सकती और वह उसे फील्ड में मार्केट लीडर है वैसे ही कंपनी में पैसा लगाना आपको मल्टीबैगर रिटर्न दे सकता है।
  4. जिन कंपनी इसके सेल हर साल बढ़ रहे हैं और उनका प्रॉफिट भी बढ़ रहा है और उसके साथ-सा द उनके प्रमोटर्स होल्डिंग भी बढ़ रहे हैं ऐसी कंपनी आगे चलकर अच्छा रिटर्न दे सकती है क्योंकि अगर जो कंपनी चला रहे हैं वैसे लोग अगर अपनी ही कंपनी में इन्वेस्ट कर रहे हैं तो समझिए कि वह कंपनी आगे चलकर काफी अच्छा मुनाफा दे सकती है और वैसी कंपनी से दूर रहे जिसके प्रमोटर्स होल्डिंग काम हो रहे हैं यह एक बड़ा संकेत है किसी भी कंपनी के लिए कि वह घाटे में जाने वाली है।
  5. और एक एक्स्ट्रा टिप और वैसी कंपनी में कभी भी इन्वेस्ट मत कीजिए जो के कर्ज में डूबी हुई है और ज्यादातर कर्ज में डूबी हुई कंपनी आने वाले समय में बहुत बुरी तरीके से बर्बाद हो जाती है और अपने शेरहोल्डर्स को भी ले डूबती है ऐसी कंपनी से दूर ही रहे।
